Hidden down Cortlandt Alley, Au Cheval reimagines traditional fare, from roasted bone marrow to salads, griddled cheeseburgers to seafood selections and of course, prime steaks. Guests can enjoy strong, classic cocktails, a global wine list and a robust selection of draught beers while lounging in leather booths, or seated at the zinc bar, while the open kitchen works to a pulsating and resonant soundtrack.

Closing at 9 PM on July 4th. Open with regular hours of operation on July 3rd and 5th.
